Electricity prices are spiking all over Europe as it is driven by margin price...which as this point in time is gas. Some Cu producers will hedge their exposure / may have direct supply agreements so would be less impacted.
Russia produces the most copper in Europe (if you consider Russia Europe!) but it's not that much in the global scheme of things. I would say their supply is off the market in total.
