It doesn't really matter - MATSA is clearly exposed to spot prices of electricity, which today hit $545 mwh. This indicates marginal supply is being sourced from Russia or that Algeria's gas is being sucked so hard into the rest of Europe and buyers are arbitraging to that supply.
In any case, it's not complete furphy if they can't secure supply...govt tend to do strange things to avoid social unrest and that could be rationing of energy.
