Yesterday was a big over reaction. Anyone able to buy got a good opportunity. All producers are experiencing rising energy costs to a degree, SFR not alone here.

Chart below is SFR to copper spot. Not sure I've done it right so won't put in the chart thread, but shows since 2020 sfr is getting cheaper opposed to underlying spot price. We could be reverting to mean (very start of chart) but looks like we should be trading in that range 2015-2020, all things equal. All things aren't equal, the risk of Degrussa winding up has possibly led to SFR softening vs copper price. I'm betting on that being a short term anxiety considering Motheo, now Matsa and the quality of the management team. Lots of risk factors as we've seen with Matsa energy costs. My hope (yes I know that's not a strategy heheh) is that once teething and development aspects of Motheo and Matsa pass through we'll see SFR return to testing the peak of this ratio above 30, ie a doubling from here in relation to copper price, which itself will hopefully also be going up. Silver gold and Zinc are going to add additional bang for buck, esp if gold takes off. Good time to be in commods, good time to be building a stake in SFR. If my chart is wrong discount everything haha.
