Sorry Red I should have been a bit more specific . I meant his entire current holding (5,000 + 2,222 ) shares so 7,222 would only need to achieve a bit over $40 to be able to convert them to 25,000 shares at no extra cost . With a SP anything over that required it could mean far fewer than the current 7,222 share holding would need to be sold to pick up the options GLTATH
