A) He sold less than 15% of his holding, so it doesn't sound like he is urgently ripping his money out of this investment.
B) If he is currently sitting on a loss and has made money else where, why not sell a small portion to write off against other good investments he has made this financial year?
C) You don't know his motives, you also don't currently hold VN8, so seems to me there's other motivation or a grudge behind the use of the words "sad", "pathetic"
D) VN8 has proven it would be profitable without the costs of acquisitions last quarter. So the argument of going bankrupt purely off the fact the director sold a small portion of his holding is laughable.
