As Patawalonga alluded to, this is just from the cap raise and we knew this was coming in December pending the general meeting so there's nothing to read into here.
Raza's total number of shares (including unlisted options & performance rights, etc) is down by a little over 210,000 since 14/12/2021. Not that it's a bad thing - he still holds about 566,627 shares and pre-tax would have made about $760k from the December transaction.
