It's great this Director has c.$44 million in shares so one was initially a little perplexed as to why someone in that position would want to purchase under $5000 more.
But then like a lightning bolt, I recalled that to acquire a peasant-sized holding, I had to purchase in two separate tiny parcels.
SNL is known for trading days of nil turnover. It isn't alone in ASX-listed entities that have under 2000 holders and the usual large percentage of issued capital held by the 'top 20'. Sadly, I'm not in that esteemed group.
