But instead of who is selling... I am thinking... WHY IS HE BUYING SO MUCH SO FAST?
Going off of your equations above, that means since IPO they have increased their holding by a factor of 6 x ????.... And have been purchasing at significantly higher prices than at the IPO..... He is hungry that's for sure.
What WILL be interesting is if we do see a re-rate for one reason or another, will he hold onto ALL of these 10,000,000 shares? Time will tell.
