- Rod Corps owns 10,095,618 shares, Warren Hallam & partner own 2,000,001 shares, Brett Smith owns... 5,787 shares, lol. Deborah Corps (presumably an insider related to Rod Corps) owns 9,959,936 shares
- Merchant Group & APAC Group last seen with ~4.4M shares each, but probably sold down since then
Adding up MLX, Blackstone, & directors/co (but not Merchant/APAC) that's 60.6% (up from 42.1% at IPO) ownership or 71.5% ownership of float+options
Just directors & one assumed relative is 24.2% (up from 3.8% at IPO) ownership, 25.3% ownership of float+options
FYI, on IPO about 71% of shares were held by top 20 holders, with 86.6% of shares held by holders with >100k shares. Hard to say whether these numbers would have changed; Rod's been buying an insane amount, but obviously someone has to sell to him and small retail literally didn't have enough between them to sate his unearthly hunger for shares
