Personally it does raise questions for me as to “what he brings to AHQ board” if anything.
He has shareholdings of $2m+ in other companies of which he is a director, so sale of $5k in AHQ (while retaining exposure to the princely sum of $5k) does seem questionable. Apart from Director fees - his interests and attention likely seem elsewhere.
