Seems there is a bit of anger on here at the notice of share disposal.
Peter is now over 70 and had flagged on 20 May 2020 he would be selling 300 000 - 400 000 shares every year as he transitions to retirement. Keen observers will note he has only sold 200 000 shares this year which is significantly lower than what he flagged would be likely. So in this vein perhaps while he is still selling to keep his retirement plans on track perhaps the lower volume is a signal that he is reluctant to let them go at this price point.
Anyways people sorry to distract you from building your crosses to crucify him, but try to let the facts matter. In May 2020 when he noted this the company was flying high there were no law suits, no CBI inquiries, and the only storm cloud in sight was the unfolding on COVID.
