The funny thing is.
they announced they had received numerous "unsolicited offers" ..
Surely the offers must of been enticing enough originally to put Spargoville in the market..
The weird thing is that Neil hutchinson was the "broker of the deal" when announced.
Fast forward 3 months and Neil is moved on and Spargoville is taken off the market.
The only thing that makes sense too me is, with Ni going ballistic in that time ESR managent has pulled it off market, Neils missed a pay day and walked..
