Anyone in his shoes would exercise these 3 cent options at the current price.
1. He already owned shares, he could have sold them if he wanted to.
2. The man is loaded as he is a director at many companies, so looking for a quick pay day isn't likely on his cards, as it would tarnish his image.
3. He waited till the final days to exercise said options, as you do out of neccessity. If he wanted to sell them, he would have exercised them back when we were in the high 20s, and sold into all the strength.
4. Dilution is minimal. 20 mill into 1.5b shares
