The FAA approved STC for the go go wifi application is held by Delta not SMN. SMN does not own this data and can not share unless Delta offers it.
Boeing needs to create all the same data for its APB application before sending to the FAA for approval.
Yes, the FAA has to approve all products put on aircraft and they are very slow.
