Peter Cook joined, they released a study on early cashflow from an open pit, they appoint a COO, Tom was still buying on market in Feb 22 (so a while off selling...) and moving his shares across to super (either because gains are coming or he has spent his cash on BRB shares and needs to maximise his contributions now with shares).
As you have pointed out, the most important in my view is the COO appointment. You don't hire a Chief Operations Officer unless you plan on having operations...
Nothing is certain, however it all supports the theory that we are going to see cash flows which support future exploration instead of too many more CRs.
