He's the Managing Director and his family are the largest shareholders in the Company.
He regularly buys on the open market. Nothing wrong with that at all.
There are certain "black out" periods when there are restrictions on Director's trading because of price sensitive information but I am not familiar with them . Actually I should do some research on that.
No nefarious activity going on here if you are suggesting that.
Actually it shows a lot of confidence in the stock.
