agree i am glad he is on board now, i'd almost prefer for him to take the reigns when/if Bryan steps down in the next few years rather than the CEO as i have never even seen or heard from him.
i am guessing that bryan is a big fan of his now that he is getting him involved in these interviews
he seems smart, articulates his words well, level headed and has had some very good wins over his years, add to that he has lived in the region for 25 years i am sure he knows how to operate in this part of the world
