    The market is tanking and sentiment is trash everywhere. RC appears to be buying every scrap he can, when he can. That's good enough for me in the current environment. By my count, free float is around 9m(~9%ish). Stunningly tight. Average 500k shares a day, retail are turning over half the free float a fortnight.
