180k worth, strong conviction. He has followed through with his talk in the webinar. He wants the SP to perform and has waved director wages in favour of shares and incentives. A strong alignment with shareholders is important and on top of his entitlements eg he has thrown down some serious cash to reinforce that. I am really feeling the direction BPP is heading in, I was already impressed with the growth and performance but it sounds like they are going to knuckle down and try even harder.
