thats the point, Citicorp can no longer do whatever they want with Ians 8 million shares, as he's given them the flick.

Sorry, I don't ascribe to know his tax affairs, but not sure he's shuffling shares around nominee accounts, from the way way I read it, he basically closed the only nominee account (8 mill shares) and reallocated those shares to direct ownership, along with minor reshuffling from his direct share ownership accounts.

While no game changer, still removes 8 mill shares from potentially being loaned out for shorting.
