I don't think it's appropriate, but sometimes regular old nobodies in here are mocked and belittled for only having small holdings when they have more than 70,000 shares. Some of my purchases while accumulating AGY have been for more than 70,000 shares, and I'm just some random guy with relatively little money. If someone who makes far more than I do and has access to far better information than I do is only buying 70,000 shares, it's not something which gives any legitimate reason to celebrate. It's not bad, it's just not good. It's like seeing a TV commercial or promotional poster in a store.
