In fairness the stock is very lightly traded and the day he last bought there were very few shares on offer (around 20k) without running the price up into the 5's or over 60% above the last traded price.
I punt we have around 4 weeks of operating cash left ($800k on hand at the end of June qtr with $168k in R and D refund received this qtr) so expect some sort of funding news in the next week or two.
