I believe the FDA want to be 100% sure this novel therapy works and Mesoblast is ticking every box. Other Stem Cell companies being doing the wrong thing and I can understand the FDA being extra cautious. Yes, the expense of lives but this is how the world works.
FDA corrupt, it may seem like from the outside, they make decisions in the interest of the health system not shareholders.
