Stretguy, my knowledge and I dare say most posters' knowledge on these threads of US Liquidation Laws is ZERO.
Therefore, the fear that comments such as the above may cause when they are devoid of any real context will only
draw false or tenuous linkages to future outcomes.

If the above remains a serious concern to you (Absolutely zero concern to myself) you should put it to management
first rather than posting it here, otherwise, I don't think it serves any meaningful purpose.
