I feel like they’re behaving more like cowboys, than the BOD of a 2 billion dollar company e.g late updates, dropping an overdue update, masking the fact that a Director has recently been selling to take profits. Do you think a Director that thinks their share price is going up to 0.50 cents will sell 7 million shares… ummm. Director’s selling of any company is never a good sign, most often than not it sets a bit of a price ceiling.
