Interesting timing maybe or not, given we now have a public holiday on Thursday and Friday in Melbourne, maybe there is less time for directors to disclose their purchases before then announcing the submission of the revised data. Logically, (can't say beyond possibility) they wouldn't submit on a Friday US time because the pick up of enthusiasm dropping by Monday. The markets will be open in Oz on Friday meaning most in Melbourne will take advantage of the long weekend ie they can't submit on a Sunday it has to be during US business hours. So does that mean they announce tomorrow au time, allow one day of trading, then be closed allow another half day of trading (Melbourne closed) and then allow another 2 days for the weekend before oz can resume, or would you now submit on Monday US, (Tuesday morning announcement next week) and allow 4 days of continuous trading Australia/ USA/ Australia .....
