I'd agree with that if ALK is 100% owned by Ian but he has 25% stake. Nic's and Ian's priorities should be all shareholders. If Ian wants to do whatever he likes then he should make TO bid for ALK.
But in reality I understand that Ian, with such large stake, will do whatever he wants. Hence why I hope he sells below 19.5%.
