You've got to give the Millner's credit for putting their money where their mouth is on such a regular basis. They've bought significant amounts of shares on market every year since I've been a SOL holder. I will always happily accept the related party transactions etc. that happen when there is one controlling share holder in exchange for the alignment of having directors with a significant amount of their personal wealth in the company you just can't beat that as an incentive in my opinion.
