You fail to see the forest through the trees. Why would he buy on market when he has options to exercise at 0.10? Why would he need to do an on market buy that could move the price of the stock when he has options.
I don’t know if you have buyers remorse but that type of comment shows a complete lack of understanding of how the markets work. Also I’d much rather the company receives $900k in capital at this point given global macro events than some other shareholders. If you have a long term view and understand the fundamentals of a business like this, then you’re not going to be fussed about a director buying their options
