I agree. I really don't think that trade was anything to get our knickers in a twist over.
Two guys had holdings that were an order or two of magnitude apart - one hundred and twenty-four million shares for one and 'only' seven hundred thousand for the other guy.
They did an 'even up' at favourable rates and now they both hold in high order of magnitude - one hundred and fourteen million shares, and ten million seven hundred thousand
respectively.
As I said in an earlier post, if I'd had a hundred and twenty-four million shares in NIC I'd have quite happily given away ten million for free - it would have nothing to do with my faith in the company.
