Even it is a off market trade, the shares they have transferred are Fully Paid Ordinary shares so they should be at market value, because that is what they worth. If the directors thinks their shares only worth $0.213 per share, it will have a severe impact on the market. I demand an explanation from the company or the directors. I think something is happening without disclosure from this company. That is why the share price has plummeted. Shareholders deserve an answer.
