    Talk about jumping at shadows.
    According to the announcement the man still holds 54.5 million shares and 10 million options.
    Maybe he had a few tax bills or a holiday to take care of and needed the funds?
    JT just increased his holdings so I doubt this is any indication of sinking ships.
