Big call bud….. tho you could present a argument making a point, but I highly doubt for reasons you present that Ci1 is unable to get capital particularly when in the past most businesses were subsidised by government over the course of Covid. Taking into consideration Ci1’s Hong Kong’s debt management operation negotiates on behalf the client to the bank making payment arrangements including adding Ci1’s bill on top of existing clients debt imo. So loans are seemingly available.
