I really don’t understand your problem. This company is very undervalued on this market because brokers lost faith in previous management. It will need more capital for US trials beyond anything EU sales will cover. In my view if any company is in play it usually is a good sign for long suffering shareholders. Remember it has approval in EU, funded reimbursement rct in Germany, sales growth, and the potential of USA and China. That might not be worth anything to an Aussie broker but my bet (really) is it’s worth north of 250 million to a pharma group. And the board member who gave you that disclosure just bought a million shares last week. Go figure. I for one approve that VC approach here. Too many biotech boards think they’re going to the moon and end up flat on their faces. So all we should be discussing is valuation in a trade sale.
