regarding BOD buying on market then you probably need to go back to see ASX history and check what happened after director buying on market as not as always it means that there is potential in my opinion... check out PTM .. (different industry sure)... !

check out PNV director buying day in & day out .... for shares more then a MILLION dollar is worth noticing as anyone buying 45k worth share is nothing in my opinion... as their wages are more then that so basically buying million dollar worth share is different to buying million share @ 4.7c

as far as funding goes for future progress is something require by any biotech not just OSL and that is why I say why OSL Chairman not selling his other biotech investment where he is also Chairman ?

broker in Australia lost faith in management may be the case for previous management not what Nigel got on board at the moment in my opinion.

if broker have lost faith in technology then it is different thing to losing faith in management in my opinion... ! that is why i point to another biotech working in pancreatic cancer that i stumbled upon while looking for something related to OSL and one of them is RENOVO and other is ANGIODYNAMICS.

i was in for long-term but this talk of selling company even before it matures is just difficult to comprehend because they could have sold company after getting EU approval and would have avoided all this shareholder dilution and capital raises in my opinion... !
