Sirtex needs 2 interventions each on separate days . An angiogram first then another installation into the artery. Even then it’s not directly into the tumour as it relies on blood flow so it’s sort of diluted.
this goes straight into the tumour and less surrounding impact.
they are both actually ingenious alternatives to blasting everything with external beam radiation
