    Yes they cannot trade on inside info......or right next to sensitive new info to be released in coming days.
    My read is, It seems that the past very positive updates and plans are obviously in the more positive side of works/drilling/production- turning upwards.
    Or are they simply buying, knowing the positive turn upwards in the general oil and gas prices, with new restriction on the selling of Russian crude coming in Dec 2022 and gas being in general short supply - with the US (particularly GOM production) growing and becoming a much bigger supplier of the sought after world LNG landscape.
    This same tide will lift their smaller JV partner as well
    Both can do with their long awaited, day in the Sun!
