These are just performance rights being granted- it’s not an on-market trade but shares that had been previously created and held by the company being given to the CEO for reaching performance targets. That’s why it’s a average price shown because there was no actual purchase made on market.
Theres no market sensitive takeaway from this other than that he reached his targets (which was obvious from the results).
