They cant discuss it in any detail at the AGM without announcing it to the market first.

3 months today and not even an update on the proceedings.
I've stayed silent since the last time I was shot down but this is now beyond acceptable to not keep us shareholders informed.

Before you come at me with all guns blazing stop to think about the possibility now that discussions may have cooled and that there is a termination clause in the "binding term sheet" , it is 6months and its now at 3 months.

I really hope I am wrong and we will get the SHA done with Total but I'm not impressed with the communications from the Company in the slightest and neither is the broad market.
