I have been thinking so hard what is going on here and what the plan here is

rather then having focus on the painful realisation we are 75% down on Oct last year, and one director publicly saying "We are well funded" that time, I will now put my focus on future SP movements, and projections

I will take OB's shareholding and his estimated purchase price to get some clues:

time to make some calculations and projections using JPguru 's chart ( at very bottom of this post) of what OB's avg price might be to see what future price movements would have on his OSL shares current: 37,615,387

JPGuru estimated his purchase price to be just under 8c ( let's just say 8c to make it easy to calculate)

OB's Maximum number of Shares following the Offer if he takes it all up: 75,230,774

Now his avg price is 4.5 c after the offer ( if he takes it up)

We know from public announcement that there are potential partners circling and there's also cornerstone discussions and Kidder Williams engaged.

here are scenarios to when OB's seems to recover this money - the magic level is 4.5c roughly after the CR ( even less if you consider value of options )

So the magic trade sales price needs to be at least around 4c in my opinion.
