This excessive remuneration is frustrating with small caps. Tim Fung really overvalues himself. Problem is the remuneration is almost always voted-in due to absentee proxy votes.
Easy way to make a ton of cash without doing much. Start a small cap then bleed the shareholders and the company dry.
