Surely it would make more sense to list also on the Shanghai Stock Exchange to reflect a multi polar world and act as a buffer against others that might be using share registration, and related activity, as a way to sanction Cuba via inhibiting progress financially.
This should suit XI who does not want Chinese over investing in a housing bubble thereby strengthening the Chinese economy and society
Surely it would make more sense to list also on the Shanghai...
