The cost of using SWF compared to its comnpetitors is favourable if you dont leave cash in your trading account. It appears from an article in the AFR the best users for SWF is the baby boomers, who should be smart enouigh not to leve cash on depositi for SWF to strip the interest. Be more interested in of we have been able to hold on to the high cash balances as interest rates rose throughout the quarter.
The success of SWF from a profitability sense relies upon subscriptions , high trade levels , cross selling and interest earnings and the latter really relies upon people being stupid or lazy or a combination of both if they have large cash holdings for long periods.
