    I think it is a little unfair to be to critical of the new CEO , or relatively new CEO until we see the December results.

    If we see a material increase in trading volumes and the kick in the income we receive on the clients money held at bank is significant the company should make an operating cash flow profit for the first time since Andrew Ward left which would be pretty good.

    The NPAT will be lower because the issue of the shares is an employment cost that adds to the expense line even if it is a non cash item.

    Looking at the issue the value is much less than $500k at the 20c ents the shares are at currently.

    The issue I do have is the size of the salary and cash bonus of almost $650,000 for the year 2022 seems sufficient enough for the CEO to be able to at least buy some shares on market rather than just being granted incentive based ones at no cost whcih i previously thouight they did have believing them to be options not shares,
