They received a letter on 16th Dec. Conveniently, the day IG finished selling. Having worked on large programmes like this this, it wouldn’t be unusual for your gov counterpart to give a call in advance of sending a formal letter or notice. If that happened, IG was selling after he received info that may not have been favourable to the company. Very borderline as if it’s deemed immaterial then prob not an issue but still, doesn’t look great. Again.
