lol some shareholder don't learn on how to vote in AGM ... !!
if below performance right was connected with share price target of 20c then it wouldn't be executed or acquired in my opinion and that is why all performance bonus should be connected to value creation to shareholder .... (either pay dividend or increase share price) ... IMO.
also why value is NIL consideration ???? don't we pay to get shares so why CEO get it for NIL consideration ??
