Yes what a joke. Matt will get 2 million free shares once the share price rises above 10c per share another 3 million shares once it gets over 12c a share and another 3 million shares once it hits 14c per share. This is still 6c below the issue price of the shares that were given out in the IPO. I have been a long term shareholder of VN8 and are just gob smacked at the way these guys think they are entitled to all the freebees. Why doesnt he issue himself options that are convertible at those prices. At least this way he will have to put a little hurt money into the company. These performance rights are basically just a rip off of shareholders. Matt has been the CEO since the listing and has performed poorly so why are we rewarding him.
