I'd believe that if he wasn't pulling $500k USD. If it were genuinely a passion project, and the guy is already rich, to see it succeed you'd pay yourself modestly, and a large component share based.Yeah, well con notes are dependant on terms I guess, haven't looked into that. From what I've seen companies resorting to con notes are generally in a bit of a pickle. Haven't watched it, but I will check it out when I get time.
