weebit has a clearly defined policy for trading in company policies, in which at multiple occasions it clearly states, that trading of securities is prohibited for directors/ employees when they are in possession of insider information.
I had a quick read through the document on the go. it reads to me, that by the policy , weebit is taking this matter very seriously.
if I had more time, I'd elaborate more on my thoughts.
(and sorry for not posting the link to the document - somehow the HC app does not enable to paste it. it is easily accessible via the weebit homepage though. )
