i agree with you 100%
but if u don't shout the company line , your called a number of names , this director certainly , well almost certainly had information that the much touted fab 1 signing was not happening before Christmas , probably achieved an other 60 to 80 k in his timing to sell ,
i understand we all sometimes need cash flow , imho brings into play certain ethics
